Constructability Reviews
City of Baltimore
RJM is responsible for providing constructability reviews of on-going roadway projects. Services include review of construction plans, specifications, construction phasing and procedures. Compliance of the designs with applicable federal, state and local codes is also reviewed. RJM is also performing similar reviews for grade crossing and track designs for the Maryland Transit Administration.
Highway Construction Inspection
Maryland State Highway Administration
Construction inspection for various roadway and bridge projects for Maryland State Highway Administration Districts 1, 2, 3, 6 and 7. Services include field inspections, quality control testing of soil/concrete/asphalt, maintenance of traffic set-up, erosion/sediment control, contractor’s daily progress, review of shop drawings and as-built plans, and update of database for Maryland Construction Management System.
Inspection for Bridge Rehabilitation
Maryland State Highway Administration
On-site construction inspection of bridge repairs throughout Maryland for Bridge Inspection and Remedial Engineering Division. Services include monitoring of contractor’s operations, testing and quality control for bridge construction and rehabilitation.
