Established in 1991, RJM Engineering, Inc. has grown to include offices in Baltimore, Maryland, Columbia, Maryland, and Alexandria, Virginia. We partner with clients throughout the Baltimore/Washington and Mid-Atlantic regions, positioning our engineers at RJM’s offices and within the government agencies we serve.
As a smaller firm, we have the flexibility to adapt how we work based on the needs of each project. This allows us to serve our clients in the best way possible for each job, while creating a range of opportunities for our engineers. The engineers at RJM thrive on a challenge, while prudently applying what they have learned in the field.
RJM’s team of highly educated and technically skilled engineers include individuals with PhDs, masters degrees, and professional engineering licenses. All of our engineers—even those with decades of experience—continue their professional development through education, professional certifications, and the broad range of services that RJM provides.
RJM plays an active role in the civil engineering industry at a grassroots level, through its involvement with ACEC-Maryland—the voice of the engineering community in Maryland. We care about the issues that affect engineers on an individual level, and those issues that affect all engineering companies, large and small.
